> For Money back, candle(s) must be in new condition and able to be resold.

> Exception to the above would be if it arrived broken, which must be reported immediately upon receipt of package so we might be able to file a claim with the courier.

> If you have tried our candle and feel that it does not hold up to our high standards then you may call DenKar @ (205)684-2090 to ask for a replacement While giving us your complaint about our product.

>Replacements will not be sent due to you not enjoying or being allergic to the fragrances. Our candles are given a detailed description in words that can almost make you think you are smelling it right off the page. So please take the time to read about the candles you choose, so that you will be happy, excited, and willing to share great reviews with others.

>Due to the expensive costs of shipping, please double check all orders before checking out because we do not refund the shipping costs on returns.
